Dr. Larry Arbeitman, DC

Dr. Larry Arbeitman brings over two decades of clinical excellence, leadership, and heart-centered innovation to the chiropractic profession.
He is the founder of Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Monmouth, one of the most respected upper cervical practices in the United States. Since opening his doors in 2005, Dr. Arbeitman has overseen more than 300,000 patient visits, trained 15 associate doctors, and authored publications, including The Gift of Hope: The Path to Healing Through Upper Cervical Chiropractic.
Under his leadership, the practice has become an industry benchmark for patient retention and culture, maintaining a patient visit average (PVA) of over 100 while consistently operating a seven-figure, cash-based model rooted in purpose and integrity.
As the founder of Care2Grow Consulting, Dr. Arbeitman has created a platform where his years of experience, leadership, and “care-first” philosophy come together to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals and organizations. His mission is to help providers lead with authenticity, strengthen patient outcomes, and enhance the overall well-being of practitioners through a heart-centered approach to care.
He is also the creator and host of The Care2Grow Show, a podcast that features real conversations with purpose-driven healthcare leaders, exploring what it truly means to serve, lead, and grow with care.

A graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, where he earned the distinction of Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Arbeitman is known for his rigorous academic background, clinical excellence, and passion for public health education. He is also an instructor and board member for Quantum Spinal MechanicsÂł (QSMÂł) and an active member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC).
